Jürgen Reichert creates naturalistic lightobjects with LED lights, nylon, wool, pigments and silicones. The objects have a tactile feel. Moreover, the objects are as real as possible and that was possible with silicone, because it is flexible. The light objects seem to live with their tentacles so could move. They look like flowers, gently swaying aquatic plants or greatly magnified micro-organisms and their appeal is great – they have felt and be petted.
